4on4 Youth League 2012 Fees

ALL PLAYERS MUST BE REGISTERED ON LINE  

Individual Players: Full Payment is Due By May 27, 2012, Midnight

All Online Registrations are a binding agreement for participation and payment, all unpaid balances will be subject to administration fees and collection charges.  

Single Player: $269.91 + HST 

Team Rate:  $3184.96 + HST

Teams must be registered on line by May 27, 2012, Midnight.

Team rates are based on full team registration as a group. No Team rates will be honoured for individual payments/registrations. (Please inquire with administration for further details)

Teams must have a minimum of 12 players plus 1 goalie to qualify for team rate.

Team entries may sign a max. of 17 players, but may only dress 12 players plus 1 goalie per game.

Please Insure Registration Policy and League Rules are Read.

On Line Team Payment Options:

 

1st  Option: Full Balance Upon Registration $3,184.99 + HST

2nd  Option: $899.75 Upon Registration 3 equal payments of $899.75 on following dates:  June 1st, 15th, 30th.

4on4 2012 SCHEDULE AND ROSTERS

Scheudule and Rosters Will Be Available Online on May 25th, 2012 under the "Rosters" Tab.
