4 on 4 Sport Grill is looking for energetic, enthusiastic people to work in this new and upcoming bar and grill. The company’s success in the recreation industry is attributed to a combination of innovative programming and management staff. We are committed to providing and understanding our customers’ need for service excellence.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• The desire and drive to provide the “Perfect Guest Experience”
• Must be self motivated and a high energy individual
• Must be able to multi task
• Maintain Service Standards, Opening and Closing Duties
• Enhance revenues through suggestive selling techniques
• Balance all cash and credit cards at the end of every shift with accuracy
• Must be able to work with other in a respectful manner
• Control the shifts labour cost
• Maximize sales through promotions, menu specials, banquets and birthday parties and other facility events
• Work with the Bar Manager, Kitchen Manager and Food & Beverage Manager on special projects and personal development
Qualifications: Applicant must be:
• Able to promote specials, monthly promotions and upcoming events
• Able to lead and work independently
• Able to work days, nights and weekends
• Good English and communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Certified in Bartending Training
• Smart Serve Certified
• Must be 19 year or older
